Personal Philosophy:

My training philosophy is centered around building long-term, sustainable progress through a combination of discipline, education, and enjoyment. I believe in tailoring each program to meet the unique goals, needs, and limitations of every client. What motivates me is seeing people gain confidence and strength—not only physically, but also mentally—as they improve their health and fitness. I strive to create a positive and empowering environment where clients feel supported and challenged.

Why did you become a personal trainer?

I became a personal trainer because I wanted to turn my passion for fitness into a way to help others improve their lives. I’ve experienced firsthand how physical activity can transform your energy, mindset, and confidence. Becoming a trainer has allowed me to share that transformation with others and guide them toward their own success.

What do you enjoy most about being a personal trainer?

What I enjoy most is seeing my clients achieve goals they never thought possible. Whether it’s building muscle, improving mobility, or just feeling better day to day, being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy the human connection—understanding people’s stories and becoming a part of their growth, both physically and emotionally.

Why did you choose to work with Vitality Fitness at this point in your career?

I chose Vitality Fitness because I value a community-driven environment that encourages both trainers and clients to grow. From what I’ve learned, Vitality emphasizes professionalism, personalized training, and a supportive culture—all things that align with my own values. I see this as a place where I can not only contribute but also continue to develop as a coach and a person.

Achievements:

Successfully trained clients across all age groups—from children to older adults—by adapting methods to their physical conditions and goals.

Delivered professional lectures on sports science, physical activity, and healthylifestyles at symposiums, contributing to the education and inspiration of future professionals.

Hobbies and interests outside of Fitness:

Outside of fitness, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me relax and stay creative. I love playing video games, swimming, and spending quality time with my dog. I also enjoy exploring new foods, traveling to new places, and building LEGO sets—it’s a great way to stimulate creativity and patience. These hobbies help me maintain a balanced lifestyle and keep a fresh perspective both in and out of the gym

Notable Client success stories:

A male client, 1.85 m tall and weighing over 120 kg, came to me after years of a sedentary
lifestyle and struggling with self-esteem. We focused on gradual fat loss, full-body strength
training, and building sustainable habits. In less than a year, he lost 30 kg and reached a
healthy 90 kg for his height, while also gaining impressive muscle tone. He went from barely
finishing a workout to confidently completing intense training sessions and running his first
10K. Today, he’s stronger, leaner, and has inspired his entire family to be more active.

Any Awards or Recognition :

  • Recognition for contributing to the organization of the 19th Annual Cultural and Sports Games for Older Adults.
  • Certification in Strength Training for Children.
  • Recognition as a State-Level Weightlifting Judge
  • Recognition for delivering a symposium lecture on “Healthy Lifestyle, Physical Activity, and the Impact of Applied Sciences in Sports.”
  • Certificate of participation in the “Anti-Doping in High-Performance Sports” workshop

Favorite workout/exercise :

One of my favorite exercises is the preacher curl with an EZ bar. I love how it isolates the biceps and allows for a strong mind-muscle connection. It’s one of the most effective movements for building arm size and improving control, and I always feel a great pump when I include it in my routine.
