Tried out Vitality with two friends and had a great session with Sam! She guided us through a great workout and was super patient with us as it took a bit of time to get all three of us ready. It was definitely a cool experience!

After working out at many gyms over the years, I was really surprised by how effective these EMS workouts are. The sessions are only 20 minutes, but they activate the muscles much deeper than a traditional gym workout. I’m often sore for a few days afterward and can really feel the difference.

I also love their AI CAROL bike for cardio. I’m not someone who enjoys long cardio sessions at the gym, so the short customized HIIT workouts are perfect. It’s amazing how exhausted you can feel after such a short session, and the results feel comparable to a 45-minute cardio workout.

Another great aspect is that this technology is also used in rehab clinics (and even spas) and I’ve even seen it help with injuries.

If you’re looking for an efficient workout that actually delivers results, I highly recommend giving it a try.

My friend and I visited Vitality yesterday for the first time and had a great experience. We didn’t really know what to expect going in since it was the first time either of us had tried EMS, but we couldn’t have been happier with how it went.

We’ve both been training consistently for years, including weightlifting and Ironman training, and we were admittedly a bit skeptical about EMS at first. That said, Ale was awesome. He welcomed us into the studio, walked us through the process, and guided us through a tough workout.

The team was super kind, the experience was unlike anything we’ve done before, and we got a very solid full-body workout in just 20 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone interested in health and fitness. Great team, fun experience, and we’d gladly come back.

After going to Vitality and trying EMS, I can honestly say it's one of the most effective workouts I’ve tried. The sessions are fun and fly by, which keeps me motivated to come back. From the moment I walk in, it feels welcoming and comfortable. The studio is super clean and well maintained. The trainers are also friendly, supportive, and really know what they’re doing.
I’ve tried weight lifting and different fitness programs before, and this experience stands out. Definitely a recommendation to anyone looking for great results!

Amazing experience from when I walked in the door. I was greeted by Sam and her wonderful energy. She was so kind and helpful through the whole process. The workout was great and I loved the music. The studio was clean and bright. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to gyms, lifting weights and doing functional training, yoga, Pilates, etc for years but I’ve never experienced a workout like this. It’s a great option for those short on time but wanting to get result faster! Samantha Shorkey was my trainer. She’s the best!

I’ve had such an awesome experience at Fitness Vitality, especially working with Sam (Samantha). She is an amazing trainer who goes above and beyond to guide me through every session. Sam gives great tips and advice on posture and how to properly hold each position, which makes all the difference in the effectiveness of the workout.

The suit itself really enhances the sessions it helps me get a quicker, more efficient sweat, and I can definitely feel my muscles being activated from start to finish. What I love most is that every single muscle is engaged, no matter what type of workout we’re doing. It’s not just targeting one area it’s a full-body activation that feels highly beneficial and results-driven.

Overall, the combination of Sam’s expertise and the Fitness Vitality program has made these workouts both effective and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smarter, more impactful way to train!

Super clean, nice showers and lockers, and they even give you drinks before training. The staff are super friendly, the music is fun, and the workouts feel amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

I first tried EMS training in France and was wowed by the quick results & effectiveness in the workout. I have been looking to find a studio back in Canada and so was SUPER excited to hear about Vitality opening. I am someone who regularly lifts weights and works out, and I have tried many types of niche fitness classes. EMS worked my muscles - full body - in a way that I have never achieved through other workouts. It may seem gimmicky (´electric stimulation while I exercise?´ You think but yes, it works) the first time you try it, but two days later, you will definitely feel its effects. Bonus that the studio has great natural light, & is a open, professional space. The personal touches - nice coffee, quality essential oil warm towel, very clean shower with towels - make it a quality experience. The owner has done a lot of research and is invested in ensuring the optimal experience for the clients. I would come to Westboro just for this.

I tried out EMS training for the first time and I’m definitely going to be adding it to my regular workouts. Firstly, the studio is fab!! It’s so cute, they give you a tea or coffee when you get there and then they discuss your goals/experiences/past injuries etc. The work out itself is only 20 mins but I was sweating like I just finished a HIIT class. The trainers are so patient, clear and welcoming. I would 100% recommend and will be back again!
