Body Composition Analysis: Breaks down body weight into Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, and Total Body Water — giving you more insight than a scale alone.
Muscle-Fat Analysis: Shows the balance between muscle and fat in your body. The longer your muscle bar compared to fat, the stronger and healthier your body is becoming.
Obesity Analysis: Uses both BMI and Percent Body Fat. While BMI is a simple calculation of height and weight, it doesn’t tell the full story. Pairing it with Percent Body Fat gives a much clearer picture of your progress.
