Training Philosophy:

My approach is rooted in creating personalized, sustainable, and empowering programs. I believe fitness should be efficient, science based, and tailored to fit each client’s lifestyle, helping them build real strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies.

My passion for training began after transforming my own health journey overcoming injuries, emotional setbacks, and a 30 kg weight loss. That experience fuels my desire to help others unlock their inner strength and rediscover their potential through movement.

What I love most is witnessing those breakthrough moments when clients go beyond what they thought was possible. Those moments are what inspire me every single day.

I chose to work with Vitality Fitness because of their innovative, holistic approach to training. Their focus on technology, efficiency, and whole-body wellness aligns perfectly with my mission of delivering real, lasting results.

  • Rebuilt my own body after injury, burnout, and weight struggles losing 30 kg and turning that transformation into a coaching framework.

  • Practiced MMA and Jiu-Jitsu under a professional cage fighter with UFC level experience.

Personal Interests:

Hobbies & Activities Outside the Gym: Dance, swimming, hiking, MMA & Jiu-Jitsu, outdoor adventures, traveling, beach walks, cultural exploration, and experimenting with healthy recipes.

Favorite Healthy Foods: Boiled eggs, tabbouleh, fava beans, plain yogurt and yes, occasionally Ruffles chips (because balance is everything!).

Go-To Workouts: Glute circuits with resistance bands and HIIT leg days topped off with a core finisher. I love any workout that challenges both the body and the mind.
